Welcome to the Goodale Park Carriage House located by the beautiful Goodale Park, a 34 acre urban oasis steps away from the Short North Arts District. The apartment is a comfortable 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with cathedral ceilings and large windows for natural light. The carriage house is conveniently located a short walk from High Street with all of its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as a short walk to the Convention Center, North Market, and Arena District.

The carriage house is a 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa (see floor plan in the pictures). The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, granite counter tops, ice maker, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils as well as a Keurig coffee maker and washer/dryer. There is a 50" television with Roku and several complimentary streaming services. An wireless charger, USB outlets, bottled water, and snacks are also provided. The fully air conditioned apartment has a lot windows for natural light and ventilation on nice days. There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The carriage house is 2 blocks from High Street and the Short North Arts District as well as a less than 10 minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the North Market. The Arena District, Nationwide Arena, and Express Live are an easy 15 minute walk. The Ohio State University and Downtown Columbus can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by walking or using public transportation, and the airport in 10 minutes. Guest Access

You will have full and private access to carriage house's 2nd floor apartment through separate and private exterior entrance. Parking is available on the street using a virtual permit parking pass that will be provided for your use during your stay. Access to the carriage is through an electronic smart lock.

Jeff's carriage house was absolutely perfect! Extremely reasonable for what you get, check in and check out was a breeze and the suite was absolutely spotless. Would recommend anyone to stay and we plan to again when we return to the Columbus area!

I am not one to leave reviews but Jeff was an amazing host! He was willing to change the settings on his listing due to a bug, always responded within 1hr, and his place was better than described. My only complaint was that I waited a half day too long to book and couldn’t stay in the carriage house for the full weekend. We will be back!

Great place! Stayed overnight for a CBJ game. It’s in a great neighborhood, across the street from the park; walkable to Short North and the Arena District. Place was clean and well appointed, updated. Parking was easy. Will absolutely stay here again for the next game we attend.

The Airbnb was perfect for our quick weekend trip to attend a wedding nearby— we loved the walkable neighborhood through goodale park & to brunch. It was extremely convenient street parking and easy access in & out of the airbnb! Grateful for a wonderful stay:)

A wonderful unit in a perfect Short North Columbus location! Jeff's communication before I arrived was timely and comprehensive so I had no problems finding the property and getting in. The unit is spacious and well stocked with everything I needed. The location is perfect - just across from the park and a couple of blocks walk through the beautiful neighborhood to lots of shops and restaurants. The location also offers easy access to and from the airport, and downtown Columbus. Jeff is a great host and I highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a spacious and private place in the area.

OMG! Jeff's place was a total gem. It was easy to locate, peaceful and quiet but close enough to everything you'd want to do in Columbus, and very well-designed. There's a spacious park right next to the carriage house that's great for a morning run. This was a comfy, lovely spot to come home to after a long day exploring or in my case at a GCCC conference. Jeff was communicative and you can tell he clearly loves being an AirBNB host. His little details were above and beyond, and the Goldfish were a nice touch. A total steal compared to hotels in the area and, in my opinion, a true 5-star experience. Definitely worth it to book!

The neighborhood is very walkable. There is the COATA bus system that runs on High Street as well as Uber, Lyft, and CoGo bike share. The carriage house is conveniently located near access to I-71, I-670, I-315. The airport is a short 10 minute drive away.
