Welcome to the Goodale Park Carriage House located by beautiful Goodale Park, a 34 acre urban oasis steps away from the Short North Arts District. The apartment is a comfortable 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with cathedral ceilings and large windows for natural light. The carriage house is conveniently located a short walk from High Street with all of its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as a short walk to the Convention Center, North Market, Arena District, CVS and grocery.

The carriage house is a 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa (see floor plan in the pictures). The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, granite counter tops, ice maker, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils as well as a Keurig coffee maker and washer/dryer. There is a 50" television with Roku and several complimentary streaming services. An wireless charger, USB outlets, bottled water, and snacks are also provided. The fully air conditioned apartment has a lot windows for natural light and ventilation on nice days. There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The carriage house is 2 blocks from High Street and the Short North Arts District as well as a less than 10 minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the North Market. The Arena District, Nationwide Arena, and Express Live are an easy 15 minute walk. The Ohio State University and Downtown Columbus can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by walking or using public transportation, and the airport in 10 minutes. Guest Access

You will have full and private access to carriage house's 2nd floor apartment through separate and private exterior entrance. Parking is available on the street using a virtual permit parking pass that will be provided for your use during your stay. Access to the carriage is through an electronic smart lock.

Great place to stay if you're coming in for a concert at Kemba. Less than a mile walk to the venue. Carriage House is a two minute walk to Basi Italia-it's a must.

Great location that fit our needs perfectly. We came for a downtown event and couldn’t have found a more convenient base. Jeff’s place was clean, comfortable and for being near the heart of downtown quiet. Loved the natural light in the space. Would certainly stay again when we are in the area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location with walkable accessibility to downtown Arena District, Convention Center, and Short North Area (High Street). Goodall Park was across the intersection and beautiful! We loved having a wonderful and new grocery within a five minute walk. There is a little street noise but this is to be expected in such an urban area. Jeff provided ear plugs but we didn't use them because we travel with a small white noise machine and it handled outside noises easily. Bring one along and you'll sleep just fine! Overall - we enjoyed the grocery and kitchen, our pup LOVED the park, and it was a great stay.

Jeff's Carriage House is lovely. The decor is pleasing and unobtrusive, with lots of natural light and great architectural features. The location is easy to access, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We come to Columbus quite often, for business and pleasure, and this is one of the nicer stays we've had. The place is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Having a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal is high on our list of amenities, and the Carriage House did not disappoint. Plus, there is a market a short walk away if you've forgotten anything. Jeff was very good at communicating before and during our stay. An added plus was that parking was always easy. We look forward to our next trip and hope the Carriage House is available. Thanks, Jeff!

The neighborhood is very walkable. There is the COATA bus system that runs on High Street as well as Uber, Lyft, and CoGo bike share. The carriage house is conveniently located near access to I-71, I-670, I-315. The airport is a short 10 minute drive away.
